California Fire Code Review Kensington Consulting conducted an in-depth California Fire Code review for this $10 billion biotechnology company site that performed both scientific research and manufacturing in Northern California. Specific Design for Complex, Campus-Wide Response Exercise and After-Action Report Kensington Consulting designed and implemented a multi-part emergency response exercise for the UC Davis campus. Kensington provided extensive project assistance identifying target capabilities for exercise and evaluation that were tailored to the specific needs of the campus and surrounding area. The exercise design and execution followed Federal Homeland Security guidance. The exercise scenario was developed and executed in concert with the University's County Operational Area and other participating agencies.
Customized Emergency Response Training Program Following a thorough investigation of current resources and processes, Kensington Consulting prepared a customized ICS-SEMS-NIMS training program for the UC Davis campus that fulfilled both UC System and local government requirements for emergency response. Kensington developed a ten-module combined course covering Incident Command System, Standardized Emergency Management System, and National Incident Management System training.
Specific Design for Complex, Campus-Wide Response Exercise and After-Action Report Kensington Consulting provided Emergency Operations Center (EOC) exercise design and implementation for the UC Davis campus which houses more than 30,000 students each year. Kensington Consulting has been chosen both years to present as part of the technical program.
